Tina Marie Coolidge, EdD, has over a decade of experience in higher education at Drexel University focusing on recruitment, retention, non-traditional learners, academic advising, academic success and student engagement. Tina Marie is dedicated to helping her student’s achieve academic success by working with undergraduate, graduate and non-traditional students to help them achieve their academic goals. Working with students to meet the rigorous demands of academia is Tina Marie’s passion and has been Tina Marie’s lifelong professional goal. Through the years of her professional experience at Drexel University, she has taught, advised and counseled graduate and undergraduate students, developed and evaluated programs, as well as collaborated on the development of the curriculum for many programs. Currently, Tina Marie serves as the Goodwin College Director of Goodwin Programs and Recruitment, where she partners with internal and external stakeholders to implement new initiatives and oversee program review and curriculum. Outside of Tina Marie’s professional responsibilities she is actively involved in a leadership role with the Association for Continuing Higher Education (ACHE) currently serving as Past President.

Tina Marie is a seasoned professional who demonstrates exceptional academic, organizational, negotiation, interpersonal and executive skill sets. Tina Marie has earned two Graduate degrees from the School of Education at Drexel University, demonstrating her commitment to lifelong learning. Tina Marie obtained her Bachelor’s Degree at Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey with a concentration in Law & Justice. Tina Marie’s first graduate degree is the Master of Science in Higher Education with a concentration in Student Development and Student Affairs and the second is the Master of Science in Human Resource Development with a concentration on Strategic Human Resource Development.

Tina Marie earned the Doctor of Education, with a Higher Education Administration concentration degree at Northeastern University. The title of Tina Marie’s dissertation is titled, “The Part-Time ED.D. Student Experience: A Narrative Analysis of Transferring What is Learned in Coursework to Professional Practice”.
